The project is a renovation of an existing house designed in 1978. The residence was remodeled throughout the existing facility and a new entry addition and landscaping were developed for the facility. Spaces were reassigned within the facility and the area was totally updated to current standards. The exterior received new finishes as well. A geothermal system was incorporated to serve a portion of the facility. The owner is currently revising other out buildings on the property.
